Power Pool Fund is an investment club where like-minded individuals come together to learn, network, and have opportunities to pool their capital to leverage the power of group investing.

A variety of assets including, but not limited to, Multifamily Real Estate, Promissory Notes, Commercial Real Estate Syndications, Alternative Assets, etc. Real Estate is a main investment category, however the club is open to reviewing and discussing many different investment options. The intention is to have a diverse mix of investment opportunities.

Yes. Everyone’s input is welcomed and encouraged. Investment decisions are determined by vote of the members. You have the option to invest in all, some, or none of the opportunities presented in the club.

$65 per month or $660 per year if paid annually.

You may invest as much as you would like, but a $5,000 minimum investment per deal. You are free to invest higher amounts if you so choose.

While there are no other fees to be a member of the investment club, there may be deal-specific transaction fees and pass-through costs which will be paid and/or reimbursed from the deal LLC’s operating expenses. These are for items such as state filing fees, tax reporting (K-1), etc. Again, these are deal-specific and do not pertain to club membership.

Each investment will vary on its payment schedule. As distributions are received from investments, they will be distributed to investors accordingly.

Generally, investments made with the club are illiquid during their hold periods. However as investments mature or are exited, you will then be able to withdraw your funds or reinvest them.

No. There is no requirement to invest in club deals. You may invest in all, some, or none of the deals presented in the club.
