Terra Padgett, CIC, CISR
Investment Club Leader
Terra Padgett is a Real Estate Investor, Licensed Insurance Broker, and Hall of Fame Collegiate Basketball Player. Her professional background is in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with an expertise in brokering coverage for the real estate industry. Alongside her husband, she founded and operates TAG Capital Holdings, a real estate investment company based out of Houston, Tx. TAG Capital Holdings has conducted numerous real estate transactions from acquiring, renovating, managing, and selling rental properties. To complement and diversify the single-family portfolio, Terra began investing in commercial real estate. Understanding the power of real estate as a wealth-building tool, the first Power Pool Fund investment club was formed to break down the barriers that often deter individuals from getting started in real estate investing. Following the success of the first club, Power Pool Fund 2.0 was established to welcome new members to a community where “There Is Power In Pooling Our Funds.”
